Virtual AV Estimates

The safety of our community and our staff is paramount. While our installations can’t be virtual, the process leading up to it can be done remotely, allowing us to keep in-person interactions to a bare minimum. We can help walk through the project scope , related details, and installation

How it works:

• Give us a call at 215-672-8805. More than likely we will be able to immediately move forward with the estimate process without needing to schedule a separate appointment.
• Using Facetime or Zoom, you can walk us through the rooms we need to see, detailing any specifics of your project, and we’re happy to answer any questions you may have.
• Once we have completed the virtual walkthrough, we will write up and email the proposal for your review.
• Once you approve the proposal, we will schedule a time for installation. 

Installation Process

• On the day of your appointment, our expert technicians will come to your home wearing an N95 mask and gloves, armed with sanitizer and cleaning products.
• We will complete the project to the proposal specifications, clean up any mess, and disinfect the spaces and areas we occupied and surfaces we may or may not have touched.

Payment

• After the installation we will email or mail you a bill, and then you can either mail in a check or call in a credit card payment

Support

• Our customer care doesn’t end with installation. We offer support for any issues that may arise after installation. We’re just a phone call or email away and are happy to help at any time.
