While coming to your location helps give us the best understanding of the space and scope of the project, but it’s not always necessary.

What is the weight of a TV that can be installed on interior walls?

Newer displays are extremely light weight and can be installed virtually anywhere there are studs available; Depending on the screen size typically two studs are needed although one stud can be sufficient for televisions that are on an articulating arm and are 43” or under. Years ago when plasma televisions were available the weight of the display (because of the glass screen) made it necessary to have a minimum of two studs for mounting.

What licenses and certifications do you have?

We are Lutron, Control4, Cisco and Pakedge certified.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Yes, we warranty all of our installations for a year.

What happens if I have a problem after installation?

Contact us and we will come out and take care of whatever the problem may be.  All of our technicians are fully trained and are our employees. We NEVER use sub contractors.
